1. Warranty for a sold Product implies its free repair or replacement with a similar product in case of impossibility of repair, or termination of the contract of sale and refund of money for the Product, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation on consumer protection.
2. The product is accepted for warranty service in the same package in which it was purchased.
3. The warranty repair of the equipment of consumers (individuals) is carried out within no more than 45 days, and no more than 90 days for legal entities.
4. The deadlines for the fulfillment of duties by the Contractor in respect of Products of proper and improper quality, established by the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”, begin to flow from the moment the Product is transferred by the Customer to the Contractor.
5. In respect of a Product for which a warranty period has been established, the Contractor (manufacturer), an authorized organization, an authorized individual entrepreneur or importer is responsible for the defects of the Product, unless it is proven that they arose after the transfer of the Product to the Customer due to Customer’s violation of the rules of use, rules of storage or transportation of the Product, actions of third parties or force majeure.
6. The warranty period for all Products manufactured by the Contractor is 1 (one) year. The terms of the warranty service are listed on the Website in the “Warranty” section.
7. The warranty periods and conditions for the provision of warranty service for other Products sold by the Contractor are established by their manufacturers. If the warranty period is not specified in the technical and other documentation attached to the Product, it is considered equal to 30 days.
